We are looking to hire the primary leader for SEY’s Flagship café in Brooklyn NY, ensuring beverage programs, hospitality, and managerial systems are held to the highest standards. High levels of organization, leadership and communication is critical, as the café manager is responsible for driving all aspects of daily café operations, beverage quality control, with a heavy focus on staff training and customer service.
As a candidate, you are highly self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset, highly effective communication skills, and an empathetic instinct which allows you to understand the needs of the people around you. Development of new café process improvements, staff leadership, equipment maintenance and support, and ability to maintain accountability are key elements to this position. The Café Manager will liason between SEY production, quality, and operations staff to ensure consistency and alignment across all current and future SEY retail platforms.
