A leading multi-concept restaurant company which owns and operates 45 stores in multi states is looking for a qualified full time Bookkeeper that enjoys working in a collaborative team environment that is fast paced and energetic. The company corporate headquarters are located in Roseburg, Oregon.
The primary function of the Bookkeeping position is to perform all duties related to A/P, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger posting and maintenance, Journal Entries and the timely production of monthly/period financial statements. The position reports directly to the Corporate Controller.
Process weekly accounts payable for multiple companies
Bank Reconciliations for multiple companies
Journal Entries and Balance Sheet reconciliation.
Financial Statements and all related reports.
Work directly with Controller and restaurant management teams.
5 plus years of full charge bookkeeping.
Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products; with strong knowledge and skills in Excel.
Sage100 experience would be ideal
Excellent organizational skills and time management; must have a sense of urgency and be able to meet set deadlines.
Able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a constantly changing environment.
