Wyoming Independent Living is currently seeking a Part-Time Driver. This is a provisional PRN position, with a variable schedule of up to 15 hours per week. Additional hours may be scheduled as needed. The principal responsibilities for this position include:
- Drives staff to scheduled appointments. Provides friendly, prompt, door-to-door, round trip service. Provide clerical and administrative support to staff including marking appliances, reading, completing paperwork, filing, and other tasks.
Applicants interested in being considered for this position should meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. - Flexibility in scheduling of hours for driving. - A valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years. - Must complete a background check with results satisfactory to WIL, including but not limited to criminal history, motor vehicle records, and sex offender registry. - Must have knowledge of relevant traffic laws and safe motor vehicle operation. - Must have the ability to read, understand, and follow route directions and maps. - Must have a positive attitude.
