CNA:
Certified Nursing Assistants will provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans. CNA's will respond to resident calls promptly, satisfying their needs, or referring their request to the appropriate personnel. CNA'S will assist with daily living activities including meal delivery, turning and ambulating patients, and providing water and nourishment in between meals. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
LPN:
The licensed practice nurse (LPN) is responsible for rendering nursing care in the assigned area in terms of individualized client needs, according to dependent and independent nursing functions and conformance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards based on the scope of practical nursing, under the direction/delegation of the registered nurse.
RN:
The purpose of this position is to provide supervision for nursing personnel, acts as a resource person; ensure that quality nursing care is given to all residents.
