Ability to plow in cable is needed along with D-Bore or Stem Bore will need to have a Samsung Galaxy S8 or S9 phone, and a Veex CX-310 meter these devices can be leased from the company. You will also need to have your own LLC with workers comp, 2 million in liability insurance, Commercial vehicle insurance, and dependable transportation.
