What we offer:

50% Commission (After office fee)

Flexible hours

Hands on training

Weekly and/or monthly contest and bonuses

$1000 bonus after 10 roof jobs installed in a month

$500 bonus after 15 jobs installed in a month

$1000 additional bonus at 20 roofs installed in a month

$10,000 bonus on 1.5 million in gross sales from January 1st thru December 31st. (1 year)

Most jobs installed within just a week of customer signed agreement and completed within 1 day!

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BRING

Desire to earn $150k+ per year

NO! NO! NO! Roofing sales experience preferred (But must have sales experience, we can teach you everything else)

Can-do positive attitude

An over-the-top desire to succeed

Willingness to knock on doors and make cold calls (When necessary )

Ethics, honesty, and integrity in the way you live your life

Clean cut appearance (No visible tattoos)

Reliable transportation (must have a truck)
