Looking for an amazing QA Technician

EK Cooling Solutions, a premier builder of liquid cooled gaming PC’s and workstations is currently hiring for a Quality Assurance Tech at our San Antonio, TX location.

The candidate we are looking for will be in charge of maintain the level of quality that our customers have come to know us by.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Intake QA of purchased components (Motherboards, CPU’s, GPU’s, PSU’s, etc.)

Intake QA of company produced liquid cooling components (Blocks, Radiators, Fans, etc.)

Maintenance and calibration of testing equipment

Implementation of Quality Control Process

Design, implement and improve company quality standards

Analyze data in order to find areas for growth

Create reports to track work progress

Formulate strategies to increase productivity

QC of finished product

Working with production team members to ensure quality standards

Team player, works well with others and can communicate openly

Communication with product manager and engineers

Review processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends

Assist with diagnosis of RMA systems

Experience Needed

Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s, with experience in the field

Technical proficiency – must be able to use and build computers and generate reports

Ability to analyze data and create review processes

Excellent communication skills

A desire to help others achieve their best

Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics
