FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER

Responsibilities:

Record income and expenses

Prepare and enter journal entries as required

Financial Statement preparation

Bank account reconciliations

Process Payroll

Remit Payroll tax deposits

Prepare Quarterly and annual payroll reports

Remit Sales Tax deposits

Quarterly sales tax reports

Workers Comp Audits

Answer phones and interact with clients

Proficiency with QuickBooks as well as Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required

Must be detail-oriented and comfortable with meeting tight deadlines
