We are seeking an experienced Installer for our Closet and Storage Concepts product line to join our team! We are growing company who focuses on customer service and employee satisfaction. Compensation
Job Type:
o W-2 employee
o Full time with overtime
Salary:
o Hourly wage depending on experience + overtime pay @ 1.5 hourly wage

Qualifications:
o Eligible to operate company vehicles per C32 vehicle policy
o Criminal Record Check
o 2 + years cabinetry/closet installation experience preferred
o 2 + general construction experience required
o Excellent carpentry and hand tool skills
o Ability to use power tools (drill, chop saw, table saw, etc.)
o Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
o Comprehensive understanding of customer service principles and practices
o Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills
o Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
o Ability to work within a team or independently as needed
o Strong attention to detail
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o High school diploma or GED
o Basic computer and/or smart phone experience
Mental Demands:
o Must be able to communicate and converse directly with project owners, construction professionals, customers, fellow employees and managers in a professional manor
o Must be able to accurately convey challenges and/or changes on working job sites
o Ability to learn technical material(s)
o Ability to work within a team or independently as needed
Physical Demands:
o Must be able to move, position, install and remove 50-100 pounds at a height of 3-7 feet
o Must be able to ascend / descend various types of step ladders from 3-8 feet to install cabinets, trim, and functional accessories
o Must be able to position self to install base cabinets, counter tops, furniture base, fillers, scribes at a height of 0-3 feet
o Ability to access and have mobility in tight spaces
Working Conditions:
o Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling
o 25% constantly working in outdoor weather conditions
o 75% constantly working in varying indoors conditions including; residential new construction, residential remodels, new commercial construction, commercial remodels, tenant and/or owner occupied residential and commercial spaces
