Crescent City Veterinary Hospital is currently seeking a FT receptionist to join our team.
Here’s what we expect from our front desk team:
Act as the face and spirit of CCV. Make every interaction meaningful and personal and strengthen the bond between CCVH and our clients and patients.
Accurate record keeping and clerical duties related to patient care and treatment as well as customer care.
A practical knowledge of hospital protocols and services, veterinary records and terminology used in the hospital.
Highest effort to maximize the client and patient experience to make it more pleasurable and ensure we are exceeding our clients’ expectations.
Maintain a warm, cheerful and professional demeanor.
Provide clear, efficient and tactful communication through all channels, spoken as well as written.
Maintain an efficient, clean and welcoming facility.
Promote products and services by demonstrating a working knowledge of offerings.
Instill client confidence and ensure highest level of patient care by identifying situations including crises and directing/facilitating appropriate course of action.
Organize work area and manage time to maximize personal efficiency within the practice. Prioritize tasks and handle multiple tasks in a calm, organized manner.
Maintain standards of work and specific tasks as outlined in the receptionist training process.
Saturday availability may be required for this position
