Principal PM Manager

The FastTrack team is looking for Modern Work Architects (MWAs) that specialize in helping enterprise customers deploy the Microsoft 365 suite aligned by three Modern Work solution areas: (1) Secure Remote Work to improve productivity (2) Security and Compliance and (3) Modern Management. In partnership with the Microsoft field sales and services teams (STU, ATU, M&O, Services), this role helps customers transform their business and IT environments through adoption and usage of Microsoft 365.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will lead a team of Modern Workplace Architects and work closely with enterprise customers to provide technical deployment guidance and best practices, design their migration and upgrade plans, overcome hesitancy and delay and gain commitment from the customer to move forward with those plans. They will then ensure FastTrack scale resources and Partners deliver that plan with the customer and resolve any escalations or delays. They will be the FastTrack point of contact for their assigned Sales Area coordinating FastTrack resources with the field, ensuring FastTrack readiness, and providing a central escalation point for their Area.This role will be measured based on building and leading an inclusive high performance team, cross team collaboration and achieving FY21 adoption and revenue targets of Microsoft 365 services. The Modern Workplace Architect Manager will also champion the vision and strategy for Microsoft 365 and the FastTrack Center consistently engaging with customers, partners and field personnel to ensure accelerated deployment, revenue growth and transformation.QualificationsThis role requires strong leadership and people management skills, strategic and critical thinking as well as technical expertise on Microsoft 365 deployment and products. Successful candidates must be great people managers with a demonstrated ability to build diverse and inclusive teams, generate positive energy, create clarity, deliver results and demonstrate outstanding cross-group collaboration. This role also requires experience in dealing with both technical and business senior leaders, understanding professional services statements of work and what’s in and out of scope for the FastTrack Center.

Microsoft 365 Planning and Deployment Experience with Enterprise customers preferred

Expertise and ability to explain key solutions and technical architectures inMicrosoft365 and associated technologies required

Superior communication andconsultationskills required

Travel up to 50% required

Enterprise-scale experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management preferred

Knowledge of how to work with Microsoft Field teamsandPartnersin landing the Microsoft 365 platform with customers p referred

Knowledge of scoping Microsoft 365 deployments and theFastTrackbenefit preferred

10+ years of professional experience as amanager orsenior technical resource with regular customer interactions preferred

4+ years of experience in Financial Services industry preferred

Bachelor or advanced degree in engineering or computer science or 10 years equivalent work experience preferred
