Find your future with us.The BGS Supplier Quality organization is currently seeking multiple Associate Quality Systems Specialists to join the BGS Team. The prospective candidate will either be working with PO requirements, supporting Supplier Excellence Efforts, or supporting internal Supplier Quality Excellence efforts. This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Seattle, WA.Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists in review of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements to prepare quality assurance plans and tests for hardware and software products, processes and services
  • Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures. This will be for Supplier Performance and within the internal SQ team.
  • Develop operating rhythm for reporting & reviewing metrics along with recommendations for leaders to take actions for improvement.
  • Process Documentation (Command Media) standardization, consolidation and integration for Supplier Quality across BCA, BGS, & BDS.
  • Support development and documentation of training requirements and plan for internal SQ employees
  • Support / Lead OneBPS efforts for the SQ team
  • Works under general supervision.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes , lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
  • 1+ years of experience working with a quality management systems (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100)
  • 1+ year of experience working with data analytics
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher Education
  • Experience with process management.
  • Ability to provide guidance on process documentation.
  • Experience with cross-functional projects/initiatives.
Typical Education & Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
