OVERVIEW
Join the rapidly growing team at Pearl Apartments as our new bilingual leasing associate!
This person ensures that residents have an outstanding experience from the time that they they first view our apartment homes, to move-out at the end of their lease. Duties include leasing, resident services, contracts, collections, scheduling maintenance requests and other duties. This person works closely with the maintenance team to ensure excellent customer service. He or she reports directly to the Property Manager.

GOALS
Helps manager achieve economic occupancy goals for the portfolio. We manage various small buildings within a five-mile radius, so driving is required.
Ensure excellent customer service for prospective residents and residents, from move-in to move-out.
DUTIES
Lease apartments, virtually or in person
Receive and process rents in online software
Create photos and videos of apartments and post ads on Craigslist to attract customers
Provide excellent customer service to residents, ensuring their requests are promptly addressed
Process applicants, complete lease forms correctly, and oversee the move in and move out process from start to finish
Maintain the office clean and tidy
Maintain a service-oriented environment by exhibiting a professional appearance and attitude
Comply with federal and state regulations and company policies and procedures.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Other responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
-5 years experience in customer service (restaurant, retail, etc). No multi-family industry experience required.
-If occupancy dips below 93%, available to work on Saturdays
-Drivers license and reliable car with insurance. Our small properties are spread out, so driving will be required.
-Bilingual in Spanish and English
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Strong computer skills: able to use property management software and Craigslist
-Extremely organized and hard working
-Strong customer service skills
-Proactive

Salary: $9.00 to $11.00 /hour
