Home Health Agency seeking experienced (at least 6 months) Field RN, must be familiar with home health and Oasis assessments. Range of travel is mainly in the San Antonio Metro area. RN visits include SOC, ROC, Sup. visits and Re-certs. Some PRNs.
Home Health LVN
Seeking experienced (at least 6 months) Field LVN for making patient visits.
Office Assistant
Seeking Office Assistant to assist in billing , maintaining HR paperwork and other related office work. Also, as a back up for front desk work. Prior HHA experience preferred.
