Duties include but are not limited to: direct nursing care to our residents with a variety of conditions; assess, observe and evaluate resident well being; communicate directly with physician and Director of Nursing; implement physician orders and communicate changes in orders with staff; identify restorative or rehabilitative resident needs; assist with charting and summaries; and supervise staff.
