Versatile FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER (Essex Jct.)

ON TAP BAR & GRILL seeks an organized decision maker with integrity, honesty, and commitment to customer service. Prioritize restaurant/nightclub functions, problem solve, work with BOH Manager. Closing shifts. Bartending & Serving experience required.

Position involves cost analysis and management, social media marketing, inventory control, event planning/execution, and more. Up to 45 hours/week, Tuesday – Saturday, with occasional schedule flexibility. $48-50k DOE, with potential for supplemental income through additional bartending or serving shifts. 2 weeks vacation earned after 9 months of employment.
