Maintenance Technician Full Time Available Jackson WY (Jackson)

IMMEDIATE OPENING for an experienced Maintenance Technician for three apartment complexes located in Jackson, Wyoming. This is a great opportunity with an established, stable, management firm. Bring your tools and knowledge to join our team!

We are willing to train someone that is interested in making a career in property management! Our technicians need to have solid experience working with minor plumbing and electrical repairs, appliance troubleshooting, and will be accomplishing interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, and janitorial assignments. Working as a team with all members to optimize the owner's asset is our goal.

General maintenance duties include:

(Not all -encompassing)

Process and complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner

Landscaping/Grounds maintenance.

Maintenance on all vacant units for rent readiness

Exterior lighting and security

Assisting in monitoring fire alarm system and maintain alarms as needed

On call for emergencies after business hours when needed

Property cleanliness

Assist Community Site Manager with property inspections

Preferred qualified applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in property management maintenance or similar job experience. Any and all with a construction background are encouraged to apply!
