Professional Mover/Packer/Driver needed (Naples)

Hello!

Small moving and storage company in North Naples looking for a qualified team member.

We rarely have an opening and are very selective of who is joining our team. PLEASE review the entire ad for consideration and eligibility.

Current position is part time but can quickly become full time for the right person. The initial compensation is $14-$16 per hour for the first 90 days for applicants with some or no experience.

If you already have experience in high value packing, running an inventory, building tiers, handling paperwork, clean MVR for past 3 years, have your own transportation, phone and can run a moving crew then the initial compensation is $16-$17 per hour for the first 90 days. You must meet all the qualifications and provide work history. We will take the time to call your previous employers, it is extremely important that we select the right person.

If you are a top notch/above all else, has a Class A license and professional in every way then your starting pay would be $17-$18 per hour.

After 90 days then your pay will be increased based on your work performance, customers feedback, co-workers feedback, reliability and most important, your attitude. Our customers as well as our staff are expecting the BEST!

If you prefer to stay as part time then that is fine. This is an industry that can accommodate part timers.

For those of you who are looking for part time but just want to do packing then that is fine also. For this position, you must already obtain all the necessary knowledge and experience for high value packing.

We provide local, long distance and International moving services.

Schedules are made up on Saturdays for the following work week.

Pay is every Friday. Our work week starts on Saturday and ends on Friday. Direct deposit is available.
