PROJECT FORMAN

Pleasant Valley Custom Homes is seeking a full-time on-site project foreman. Successful candidates must be able to manage a construction worksite. Be able to manage the overall flow of the worksite. Able to read and understand complicated prints and be able to communicate specific information to all carpenters and sub-trades. Successful candidates must have exceptional people skills, organizational skills and time management skills. Foreman will be responsible for all day to day site operations including but not limited to material ordering and handling, setting daily performance goals and expectations for employees under they’re supervision and communicating all pertinent information to project managers. Working knowledge of residential construction techniques and practices is assumed.
