Craig Tuttle Construction, Inc. is a full service General Contractor specializing in building new homes, renovations and additions.

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Service & Maintenance Manager who has detailed knowledge and background in working with high end residential construction. This position requires the following essential skills:

Problem-solving ability

Physical ability to walk, stand 60% of the day; bend, climb, stoop, lift/carry up to 50lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs

Versatility

Valid driver’s license

This position Will be responsible for maintenance and repair work for completing punch list, buildings and job sites like offices, apartment complexes, government agencies and schools. They keep things running smoothly and the wheels greased (literally). Being a maintenance worker requires light trouble shooting abilities for a variety of different types of machinery and equipment like HVAC, electricity, plumbing and occasionally janitorial or lawn maintenance.

You'll need to be able to respond quickly, sometimes 24 hours a day, and troubleshoot using instruction manuals, blue prints and necessary tools. The job requires both indoor and outdoor work, and sometimes lifting heavy loads, so you'll need to be reasonably fit and agile.
