ResponsibilitiesAs chief of staff, this role will operate as a key advisor to the product marketing leader, working closely with other marketing, sales and engineering peers to establish and orchestrate the rhythm of business (RoB). Examples include business reviews, resulting in correction of errors and actions, budget accountabilities, team culture, team cadence of discussions and all hands. This role requires the ability to operate and implement key tactics while also understanding the domain, business strategy and priorities to advise all engaged parties for the most productive outcomes.An ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, quick learning and help others attain their business goals, with you serving as a confidant, consultant and advisor. You would be willing to embrace existing processes or systems.
