Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Please include this Job ID: 170339 in the subject line of the email.ResponsibilitiesOracle is building a best in class next generation cloud that supports the most demanding mission-critical customer requirements, operating at cloud scale to provide a secure, distributed, multi-tenant cloud environment.As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will be embedded in the program management team that is responsible for enabling and onboarding programs across the whole North America Cloud Engineering organization. You will be a leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.You will own a high-profile project as part of the team that delivers a key initiative to North America Sales. Your work will be non-routine and complex, and you will lean on your versatility, strong communication skills, and expert facilitation to meet your objectives. A typical day might include facilitating a meeting to align multiple executive stakeholders, planning and hosting a community of practice session for 100+ participants, researching and writing up stakeholder tooling requirements, and exploring source data to report on program progress and success.You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Data Science or related field, or equivalent experience in project management, change management, facilitation or related experience. Familiarity with cloud concepts and terminology is a plus.In this role, you will be:Working with stakeholders to prioritize business and information needs;

Clarifying business and stakeholder requirements, performing discovery to resolve ambiguity, developing processes, and implementing them to achieve the business goal;

Managing multiple projects through project lifecycles;

Facilitating cross-silo communications and decision making across teams, divisions, and company;

Managing project-level plan, issues/risks, status, etc.;

Reporting project metrics and qualitative updates;

Proactively seeking patterns of success or failure to build on what’s working and fix what isn’t.

You’re good at:Communicating: your verbal, written, and visual skills are fantastic, whether you’re presenting, summarizing, following up, or persuading.

Organizing and staying organized: you can help people see and understand next steps, and manage multiple projects without dropping the ball.

Influencing without authority and bringing people into alignment.

Facilitating executive-level meetings, including decision-making, ideation, and alignment sessions.

Synthesizing complex elements into crisp and robust stories for audiences of variable technical levels.

Keeping track of things, including meeting notes and follow-ups, task lists, and emails.
