Vehicle Wrap Installer (Franklin)

Job Description

As an established, growing sign and graphics company in the Nashville market, 12-Point SignWorks is currently searching for an experienced wrap and graphics installer to expand our team. Candidate must be motivated, hard-working, and concerned about details and product quality. Our company produces many kinds of vinyl graphics for vehicle wraps, fleet graphics and environmental branding graphics for office spaces (walls, windows, etc.).

If you're a professional wrap/graphics installer who is self-motivated, self-confident, likes working in a fast-paced environment, loves variety and challenges, and values integrity and a solid team of co-workers, then we'd like to talk with you! The chosen candidate will install vehicle and fleet wraps/graphics in our climate-controlled indoor facility and will install vinyl graphics (wall murals, decorative window films, etc.) throughout the local area with the potential for limited travel outside the state.

Responsibilities/Qualifications may include, but are not limited to:

Participating in table work to prepare graphics for production (trimming, weeding, taping)

Installing advertising vehicle wraps (cars, vans, trucks, trailers, boats)

Installing wall murals (adhesive graphics), window graphics, decorative architectural films, etc. Some installation and fabrication processes are very detail oriented.

Candidate must be able to follow/take direction and use Best Practice for quality outcomes.

Must be self-motivated and possess the ability to work independently with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, this candidate will be at the senior level of experience in order to oversee the work of others.

Ability to work a flexible schedule (primarily day shifts but will occasionally need to perform installations after-hours and on weekends).

Must be mechanically inclined as the job duties will require some disassembly/reassembly of vehicle components and knowledge of power and hand tools.

Able to lift/carry heavy objects. Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record (preference is for candidates 25+ years old for purposes of driving company vehicles)

Ability to effectively communicate with clients when necessary.

Dependable, professional, and solution oriented. A positive, can-do attitude.

Extreme pride of workmanship and attention to detail.

Solid communication skills.

Good problem-solving skills.

Must arrive to work on time and ready to work every day. Clean attire and appearance.
