Laborer:

We are looking for a concrete laborer that is capable of reading a measuring tape, handling power tools, and working long/early hours. We require having reliable transportation to and from work and employee must be able to lift 80+ lbs. Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required. Duties include:

grading/moving dirt

digging trenches

bending and cutting rebar

tying rebar

setting forms

pouring concrete

finishing concrete

working with power tools

Foreman:

Looking for an experienced foreman knowledgeable in form setting, team management, and the ability to effectively use tools and machinery safely. Reading and understanding of blueprints is a plus. We require having reliable transportation to and from work and employee must be able to lift 80+ lbs.

Skills required:

· problem solving abilities

· excellent organization and leadership

· ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints

· in depth knowledge of construction procedures

· knowledgeable in equipment, tools, and machinery

Duties include:

· manage construction projects

· follow blueprints and drawings

· supervise and assist crew members

· prepare and install concrete forms

· communicating projects and instructions with employer and clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Discussed upon experience.

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Schedule: Monday to Saturday.

Hours differ weekly.
