Excellent opportunities for administrative assistants, executive assistants and receptionists to work with academic institutions in the Northampton / Amherst area! Pay rate ranges from $19-$25 per hour, depending on the role and on level of experience.
Currently, we’ re working on a variety of contract and long-term contract positions with Amherst/Northampton area academic institutions. Typical tasks vary per job but include things like:
- Calendar management
- Greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Assisting with travel arrangements
- At least 2 years of recent administrative assistant, office support, or reception experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Google Suite
