REMOTE PARALEGAL

Do you want a flexible job, and work the hours you want all from the comfort of your own home? We are looking for an experienced PI Paralegal with 5-10 year of Washington experience. You would be 100% remote. This is an independent contractor position. You can work anywhere in WA and beyond! You would manage all aspects of personal injury and other litigation cases from intake through settlement or trial. Responsibilities include client communication by phone, email, or text, drafting discovery and correspondence, obtaining medical records via stip or release, PRRs, reaching out to medical providers, expert retention, drafting demand letters, document reviews and productions, filing documents with the court, arranging for court reporter, and preparing chronologies/summaries. Trial prep is a bonus!

We require strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task. Must know Word, Excel, PP, Outlook, Adobe. You must be exceptionally professional, thoughtful, and dependable.
