Directs and supervises a small to medium size staff of employees in all phases of building/groundsScreens work orders to determine whether or not work will be accomplished by assigned workforce or other activities. Inspects work during and upon completion.Maintains and reports status of work to management. Participates in feasibility studies for minor and or major construction. Develops preventive maintenance programs.
