Duties will include the following:
Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Manager and the Maintenance Department.
Prepare Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Reports for the Maintenance Manager.
Maintain Stock Room levels and order supplies as needed.
Maintain Files on all open Work orders and items on Back-order.
Ordering parts from multiple vendors, assist with receipt of repair parts and supplies. Distributing incoming parts and supplies to the Maintenance Techs.
Answering phone calls and assisting drivers with breakdowns by sending the appropriate service companies and creating Work Orders for repair locations and Fleetnet.
Other duties as they arise.
Valid Driver’s license.
Excellent Customer Service capabilities and great phone skills.
Excellent Organization skills with great attention to detail.
Working knowledge of Office Equipment
Have a teamwork mindset in the workplace and accept feedback on your work.
Computer data entry skills and computer skills.
Basic math and bookkeeping understanding.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
