Manages a team of Isolation and Quarantine Support (IQS) employees who will be available to support students in isolation and quarantine by answering questions and making appropriate medical and non-medical (emotional, personal needs, and academic) referrals.

Ensure that the community is well educated on the parameters of isolation and quarantine and have what they need to support this process.

Coordinate with Student Health in regard to follow up; transportation to appointments.

Liaison with Residence Life: Coordinate Housing/Key pick up

On Campus Transportation: Relocate and transport student to Isolation or Quarantine

Provide keys to new housing

Coordinate with Dining – meal delivery

Notify dining of any concerns (not picking up meals, etc.)

Support packages for students in isolation and quarantine: 1. a personal hygiene package and 2. a medical package (mask, gloves, thermometer, hand sanitizer, etc.)

Coordinate any purchases of items needed or pick up (pharmacy, store, EUSHS) and deliver purchased supplies

Wellness resources to address any non-medical need or concerns and answer questions as they arise

Collect items from residence halls as requested (more clothing or book, for example) for those in isolation and quarantine

This position will require flexible hours and the ability to be part of a team which provides complementary coverage through a second shift (total coverage hours 8am-12pm).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program

Two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Registered Nurse or Master's in Public Health

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Flexibility in schedule

Desire to work in college setting with diverse student body

Medical knowledge and or public health expertise is required for this position.

Clean driving record

Microsoft office skills
