Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Part Time End User Technician, in the San Antonio, TX area, with strong Customer relationships. At ManTech, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.The Maryland Procurement Office (MPO) Division provides cyber solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. Our contributions to our customer’s success is driving our growth.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provides technical, operations, and training support to users of new end user equipment and provides leave behind materials

Performs tech refresh installs and setups for outdated equipment

Assists in planning and designing PC support systems

Installs, tests, and documents applications software programs

Develops reports

Performs other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

6 months or more of related experience in PC Setup and installation

Experience providing technical support to users of company's personal computers

Experience pulling cables and installing PC's

Should have some of the following - End User Service, Hardware Desktop Break Fix, Desktop Phone, Thin Client Break

Desired:

Comptia Security Shifts:

shifts will be 5-10, M-F (alternating days), and Sat/Sun 0700-1500 and/or 1430-2200

Security Requirements: Must possess an active TS/SCI to be considered and must obtain and maintain a polygraph.Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
