Become the Personal Assistant to a fashion brand CEO

The founder and CEO of a young, fast growing clothing brand is seeking a personal assistant to take on daily tasks from the mundane to the exciting. This can be anything from picking up dry cleaning to arranging our next photoshoot in LA.

Our main warehouse is situated in Albany for the time being and we are looking for an energetic individual to join our team. We have over 170k followers on IG and we are growing incredibly fast. Get to know our business and learn the ins and outs first hand.

Daily tasks can include:

- Creating content such as IG stories, Facebook Ads, Pinterest pins and more

- Taking over daily tasks, phone calls, making appointments

- Organizing photoshoots; finding and booking models in LA, finding studios and venues, booking flights, etc.

- Ordering supplies

We are looking for someone who is able to perform the above tasks and is willing to take on more responsibility. We would like the person applying to be proficient in excel, word, PowerPoint, Instagram and social media platforms.
