The PM will manage a new 324-unit apartment project in Lemesa, Texas from the time she or he is hired until the warranty period has been fulfilled. This includes but is not limited to:
buying out the job, processing material orders, RFI’s, change orders, submittals, etc.
ensuring your site superintendent has what they need to successfully run the job & adhere to project schedule (i.e. blueprints, submittals, manpower, material, equipment, etc.)
maintaining schedules of values and monthly billing
communicating and building good, working relationships with general contractors & other trades
ability to understand contracts and scope of work
promptly resolve any issues that may come up with your jobs
submit close out documents and handle warranty requests
The right candidate for this job is organized, dependable and punctual. You must be an effective communicator, both verbally and written. Compensation depends on experience. Starting salary $75,000 to $120,000 per year.
