Customer Service (3 years minimum)
Computer skills to include, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, 10 key, 40+WPM
QuickBooks knowledge a plus but not mandatory (will be trained)
Phone etiquette
Bilingual preferred but not mandatory
