Concrete Form Carpenter (Macon, GA)

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is looking for an experienced Concrete Form Carpenter to join our Team of skilled craftsmen. As a Concrete Form Carpenter, you will perform tasks involving concrete including forming, setting, and finishing. This person will be responsible for laying out, setting up and stripping forms, bending and tying rebar, placing concrete, set pour, place walls, and install embeds.

This is the right fit for you if you can do the following:

Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in concrete carpentry

Experience in the commercial/industrial construction industry and an in-depth understanding of the cement trade.

Follow instructions by foreman/superintendent

Ability to repeatedly lift and carry heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform physical labor in all outdoor conditions

Meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency

Must be able to read and understand safety and quality standards and effectively utilize all trade tools and equipment relevant to the work

Ability to perform manual work following verbal and written instructions

Must be willing to take a drug test and background check
