Tool and Die Maker/Machinist (Elkhart)

We are hiring an experienced Tool and Die Maker/Machinist!

This is a full-time position with great benefits and competitive compensation. In this position you will create and maintain tools used in manufacturing of all types of molds and dies; repair, build, and maintain tools and fixtures in compliance with production and safety regulations; read blueprints and schematics for manufacturing of new fixtures, tools, dies, jigs and molds; troubleshoot dies and molds and perform repairs as needed; operate CNC, lathes, grinders, milling and boring machines.

The perfect candidate for the position will have the following qualifications:

➡️ Blueprint reading

➡️ Technical and mathematical skills

➡️ Precision - Attention to detail

➡️ Ability to use computer software/programs to design and craft tools and die-casts

➡️ Experienced with hand tools

➡️ Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
