High school diploma or equivalent required.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar field of study preferred

Work Experiences:

At least (2) two years of Human Resources administrative support experience required

General knowledge of Human Resources, including state and federal laws

Skills:

Adherence to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion

Highly effective interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels

Ability to apply sound judgment to escalate issues

Strong presentation skills, with the ability to independently and effectively lead and administer trainings and meetings

Strong time management and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks with ease

Ability to prioritize workload, meet multiple deadlines simultaneously in a m fast paced, frequently changing environment

Capable of working effectively with minimal supervision

Customer service focus and keen attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and operate with a sense of urgency

Technically savvy; ability to learn new systems with ease

Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

Assist management and team members by recommending resources, responding to inquiries, and following up on communication

Research and investigate associate issues as well as provide support to entry level employee relations issues

Provide assistance and follow-up related to company policies and procedures and document appropriately

Evaluate procedures, identify areas of opportunity, recommend efficient solutions, and implement changes

Assist with the development and execution of HR strategy and projects

Analyze data and prepare reports

Provide HR support in various areas such as: onboarding, orientation, background checks, offer and notification letters, HRIS transactions, compensation, training, administrative support and other areas as requested

Ensure compliance with procedures and data integrity for all HR transactions

Develop a thorough understanding of Company policies and procedures, and state and federal laws regarding Human Resources activities and assist with ensuring compliance

Required to learn company policies, procedures and safety rules.

Duties may change and team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
