West Ft Worth Retaining Wall Company has immediate opening for Office Manager. Education: minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent. Experience: minimum of 5 years Management Experience in Retaining Walls, Masonry Construction or Landscaping with ability to supervise department personnel and manage daily operations. This Manager will be a good communicator, well organized and results oriented. Must have basic computer skills, preferably knowledge of Quick Books. Must be able to lift 95 pounds (a bag of cement), possesss a valid Texas Driver License and have reliable transportation.
Primary responsibilities include:
Maintain job scheduling/priorities by working with sales personnel, conduct weekly meetings
Review customer contracts, discuss and resolve questionable items prior to having owner sign
Issue PO to subcontractors for project work
Maintain inventory of raw materials, issue purchase orders as needed
Verify and approve invoices for Payables
Monitor and control all vendor pricing
Supervise daily schedule for field supervisor and company driver
Schedule warranty work with input from sales personnel
Confirm/prepare transmittal for weekly subcontractor payroll every Friday
Invoice completed jobs in a timely manner
Maintain the receivables report, discuss "no pay" with Company Owner
Manage/schedule company truck, bobcats and equipment maintenance
Plus miscellaneous duties as required

Normal work hours Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
