Board Certified Forensic Psychologist seeking administrative assistant for case coordination, billing, and bookkeeping. Seeking detail oriented, compassionate person, with the ability to manage multiple projects and respond creatively to challenging forensic psychological cases. Ability to work independently and in consultation with employer.
Training and experience in the mental health and/or legal field required.
Experience with bookkeeping, scheduling, and billing required.
Must be comfortable working with attorneys, State, Federal, and Tribal Courts, correctional institutions, Public
Defenders', and County Prosecutors' offices.
Must be able to communicate by telephone and in person in a professional manner with examinees and allied
Must have general computer proficiency, with skills in Microsoft Word, Google Calendar and Mail, QuickBooks,
and Excel preferred.
Candidate will have access to own office and opportunity to work remotely.
