One-year minimum experience in physical plant services or equivalent
Travel in between Janesville, Beloit, and Clinton Required.
Maintenance staff is responsible for the regulatory compliance and safety of the interior and exterior environment including inspections, drills, and preventive maintenance.
Comply with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures
Achieve and maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements
Awareness and compliance with resident rights, infection control, and safety practices
Conduct physical plant rounds of the interior and exterior and complete weekly reports
Participate in annual budget process
Assist periodically with special events (set up and teardown both on and off site)
Transport residents to appointments and events as needed
Attend staff meetings and training sessions
Participate in resident’s ISP process as necessary
Represent facility in a positive
Maintain and update PMP (Preventive Maintenance Plan) schedule
Detail units at the time of resident discharge
Process maintenance requests and document actions promptly
Maintain and update MSDS binder for any new chemicals used
Complete and document all required drills and inspections including evacuation, fire, fire inspection, sprinkler, furnace, etc
Maintain client and company confidentiality at all times.
Maintain periodic availability for off shift calls on weekends/evenings for emergent issues
Maintain calm, helpful approach
Any other task as assigned
