REQUIREMENTS:

Clean DMV record. No DUI's within the last three years.

Be available to work evenings and weekends for rotating on call schedule

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge of plumbing building codes

Familiarity with septic systems

Diagnosing and clearing stoppages

Water, sewer and gas re-pipes

Repairing Toilets, Disposals, Shower Valves, Faucets, Tubs

Locating and repairing leaks, including soldering

Water Heaters - repair & install (electric, NG and LP)

Tankless Water Heaters

Circ Pumps

Sewage Ejection Systems
