Construction or Carpentry Specialist for Restoration Team (Tabernash)

Rocky Mountain Catastrophe and Restoration is HIRING construction and carpentry specialists for our Restoration team! All experiences levels needed!

SUMMARY

Responsible for advanced carpentry duties including basic plumbing and electric, painting, wood staining, drywall patching, basic tile setting, appliance installation, insulation installation, all aspects of framing (floors, walls, roofs, etc.), exterior siding & trim, decks & railings, interior finish carpentry, door & window installation, hardwood flooring and cabinetry installation. Other duties include maintaining a clean jobsite and the cleaning of tools and equipment as needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Training and Tools will be provided.

· Assist project managers as needed.

· Abide by all RMCAT safety rules and precautions.

· Understanding and use of proper tool selection for various carpentry tasks.

· Advanced interior finish carpentry work including paneling, baseboards, door & window casing, railings, cabinetry, shelving, hardwood flooring, and crown moldings.

· Advanced restoration work including basic plumbing and electric, painting/staining, drywall, tile setting, insulation installation and appliance installation.

· Transport equipment and packed materials.

· Properly record time worked at each job site.

· Other general duties as assigned.

Work Environment includes: regular exposure to outside weather conditions, frequent driving on winter roads, exposure to dust or airborne particles, occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, frequent lifting, moving mechanical parts, high/precarious places, tight spaces such as crawl spaces, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, extreme heat, mold exposure, and risk of electrical shock.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $30.00 per hour
