We are seeking a bi-lingual manager/recruiter for the Claxton, GA area. This person will be responsible for working with client on fulfilling their staffing needs by recruiting and hiring qualified candidates. The manager/recruiter will oversee support staff and on-site employees.

General Responsibilities:

Oversee client accounts in the Claxton, GA region

Maintain positive relationship with client through frequent visits to client location

Provide compassionate leadership to all employees

Fully staff all client accounts with qualified hires

Meet new hires at orientation

Provide leadership to your team of recruiters

Acquire daily attendance of employees and follow up with absences

Accomplish various management tasks and reports

Respond to client or employee issues with urgency

Work various hours as needs arise

Misc. tasks related to oversight of accounts

Other duties as they are assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

Must have a strong ethic

Strong oral and written communication skills

Must be bi-lingual

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to work flexible schedule, some weekends are required
