IT Helpdesk Support Des Moines, IA (On Site) Schedule: 7:30-5:30 (Monday - Friday)If interested, please send a most up to date copy of your resume to our recruiter, Josh at Overview: Looking for individual that will help with base level Desktop Support tasks such as equipment setups, equipment moves, fixing of issues with MS applications, Mobile devices, while providing high quality customer experience.Hiring Specifications Required:

  • Associate's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Two years minimum experience or equivalent working as a Service Desk Technician (Level 2 or higher) or Desktop Support Technician (Level 1 or higher) on an enterprise help desk.
  • Experience managing, deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting multiple personal computing platform configurations and standards in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in order to effectively communicate technical subject matter to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work with a wide variety of technical and business personnel by building partner driven relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
