Life Sciences, Chemical Materials, Clinical, Food,Environmental, Forensics, Academia and Government industries.Waters Corporation is seeking a highly skilled, motivated and customerfocused individual to join our renown Field Services Organization in theDenver Colorado area.ResponsibilitiesInstallation, performance maintenance, troubleshoot and support Waters'product suite (LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, SFC, Informatics)Establish and maintain effective relationships with external and internalcustomers ensuring their successManage customer expectations, by communicating work performed and providingfollow up plan if neededEnsure customer compliance regulations are followedDeliver system level training at customer sitesManage service inventory according to Waters policiesIssue field service reports daily to document work performedMaintain sound knowledge regarding the technology and customers' applicationdemandsWork with Sales team in respect to identifying future business developmentopportunities and needs for service contract salesEnsure that quality system procedures and Health .and. Safety standards areadhered to at all timesQualificationsEducation:BS/BA in Chemistry or Biology, engineering or other science related fieldis desired, will also consider applications with equivalent experience,training and educationExperience:2 years of experience with installation, performance maintenance,troubleshooting, support and/or end user utilization of scientificinstrumentation, preference for previous Waters product suite (LC,LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, SFC, Informatics)Valid Driver's License in good standing is mandatoryAbility to perform effective system level troubleshootingUnderstanding of the scientific application workflow along with the scientificsoftware systems (CDS, SDMS, LIM, ELN)Overnight travel as required including international travel for trainingSkills:Must possess a strong customer focusStrong communication skills; ability to communicate effectively to a diverseaudience with specific customer needsPersonal sense of integrityEffective time management skillsSystem level approach to problem solvingAnalytical mindset with a strong drive to resolve open issuesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCompany DescriptionWaters Corporation (NYSE: WAT), the world's leading specialtymeasurement company, has pioneered chromatography, mass spectrometry andthermal analysis innovations serving the life, materials and food sciencesfor 60 years.
