Life Sciences, Chemical Materials, Clinical, Food,Environmental, Forensics, Academia and Government industries.Waters Corporation is seeking a highly skilled, motivated and customerfocused individual to join our renown Field Services Organization in theDenver Colorado area.ResponsibilitiesInstallation, performance maintenance, troubleshoot and support Waters'product suite (LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, SFC, Informatics)Establish and maintain effective relationships with external and internalcustomers ensuring their successManage customer expectations, by communicating work performed and providingfollow up plan if neededEnsure customer compliance regulations are followedDeliver system level training at customer sitesManage service inventory according to Waters policiesIssue field service reports daily to document work performedMaintain sound knowledge regarding the technology and customers' applicationdemandsWork with Sales team in respect to identifying future business developmentopportunities and needs for service contract salesEnsure that quality system procedures and Health .and.
