Description of Duties: Clinician is an important member of our multi-disciplinary team, provides comprehensive assessments, individual, group counseling, family counseling, and other treatment modalities within an evidence-based framework. Demonstrates strong clinical judgment in assessment, application of diagnostic criteria, clinical formulations, and sound triage decisions. Actively contributes to the treatment center and organization through on-going collaborative efforts. Participation as an active member of an interdisciplinary treatment team, developing and implementing client-centered treatment plans and goal setting for serviced individuals. Complies with required productivity requirement as set forth by immediate supervisor. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in a related field. Current licensure as a Master's level Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Professional Counselor by Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapist. Valid, Unrestricted Georgia Driver's License. Preferred Qualifications: Two (2) years work experience in social services delivery (case management, outreach, prevention/education, individual assessments, counseling); Two (2) years behavioral health experience that includes experience providing individual and group services to individuals with co-occurring disorders. Computer proficient and have the ability to multi-task. Experience working in mental health and experience conducting groups.
