If you want to make an impact by helping people live their best life, read more below and apply today!ResponsibilitiesKids In Focus is a full service diagnostic assessment program offering quality care in a home-like setting for children who are facing significant difficulties. We provide a one-stop, complete evaluation. Our partnerships with our kids, their caregivers and all local support agencies enable us to provide therapeutic treatment and mentoring as well as prescriptive educational support. Drives clients to appointments and stores as needed. Maintains records in accordance with company policy and procedures related to service deliver, progress notes, change in health and emotional condition or other significant events. May assist clients with medication. Maintains a clean and safe home, performs general housekeeping duties. Completes all documentation accurately and timelyResponsible for implementing daily routine of at-risk adolescent youth and models appropriate behaviors in a variety of settings including education, counseling, group activities and free time. Helps maintain structure within program regarding adherence to schedule, rules and safety policiesEssential Job Responsibilities:Works responsibly with highly confidential information and maintains composure under duressBalances respect, care and discipline for each client while providing 24-hour oversight and training of daily living skillsMust be willing to work effectively with other staff members and as part of a teamFollows agency procedures to promote optimum safety practices while providing a safe, clean and secure environment for clientsCommunicates well (verbal and written) with all levels of personnel internal and external to the companyMust be able to generate reports or summaries using prescribed formatCompletes all documentation in a timely mannerImplements daily routine for each client in the residential programMaintains professional relationships with clients, families and caseworkersDrives the agency van when necessary, providing safe transportation of client to appointments and activitiesOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or General Education DiplomaOne year of clinical mental health experience working with children and/or adolescentsExperience in providing services and supports to at-risk youth preferredMinimum age requirement is 21 yearsValid drivers license, with a satisfactory driving record, as defined by Company vehicle policyMust meet all agency requirements for pre- employment as required by Company and/or State regulationsAbility to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the companyMust be able to work independently as well as part of a teamCapable of working responsibly with highly confidential informationAbout our Line of BusinessResCare Residential Serviceshas four decades of For full info follow application link.Res-Care, Inc., dba BrightSpring Health Services ("ResCare"), is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
