We are a Fenton based company seeking a Customer Support Representative. We currently support a customer base around the U.S. via phone, chat and email communications. This position is the first point of contact for support. The ideal candidate will have strong computer and software skills to support the following duties:
General Customer Support
"How-To" Navigational Questions
Simple Systems Problems & Questions
Troubleshooting Technical Problems
Initiating Communications Across All Platforms
Standard Customer Service Responsibilities:
Handles incoming and outgoing communication
Prepares and edits correspondence
Exhibits fast learning ability with hands on training
Performs well when multitasking
Organizes and maintains files and records (may include databases and spreadsheets)
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
Provides quality customer service
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing individual and departmental goals
Performs such similar, comparable or related duties as may be required
We are looking to fill this position immediately. Salary: $13.00 to $16.00 /hour
