Line Manager for a team of Protocol Managers

Manage direct reports' work assignments

Contribute to resource allocation decisions, taking into account strategy to ensure best fits for work assignment

Partner with direct reports to create and monitor career development plans

Manage performance including check-ins and year-end activities

Identify individual development needs and coach for success

Contribute to compensation decisions

Member of Department Leadership Team

Collaborate with Line Manager colleagues to develop and enhance department processes

Share Lessons Learned relative to people management or process

Lead or contribute to development of new processes and Continuous Improvement efforts within the greater Clinical Operations or BMS organization

Degree RequirementsBA or BSExperience Requirements7-10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience; experience managing global clinical trials preferredKey Competency RequirementsProject, change management and coaching skills, effective oral and written communication, resource allocation, leadership presence.
