Bakery and Deli Manager (Corvallis)

Cornerstone is a mission driven non-profit organization providing on-the-job training for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Taylor Street Ovens is an established bakery in Corvallis Oregon with award winning cookies, pies, cakes and other deli type foods. We are looking for a Bakery and Deli Manager to lead all aspects of the bakery including both retail and wholesale operations. We deliver high-quality products and strive for excellent customer service. The Restaurant Manager's responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability, manage personnel, and quality goals. You will ensure efficient bakery and deli operations, as well as maintain sales through growing product line, efficient productivity, quality products, and increased customer base. The ideal candidate will need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house to oversee food prep and ensure recipe construction as we comply with health and food safety regulations. It is ideal for the TSO Manager to have both great people and administration skills but a vision for expansion. Ultimately, you will ensure the bakery runs well and customers` needs are anticipated and delivered. Salary: $35,000 to $40,000 a year.
