Skilled carpenter & a carpenter's helper (New Shoreham)

General Contractor is seeking to hire a skilled carpenter and a carpenter's helper for a residential project on Block Island. Applicants must have experience in exterior finish carpentry and the ability to perform the tasks of exterior shingle installation and gutter installation. I need an individual to work along side me. Accommodations will be provided. We must be able to work as a team both in the work & living environment. This is a good opportunity for the right person who wants to be involved in a unique project in a great environment. This opportunity could lead to long term finish interior work. A skilled carpenter must be licensed and insured in the state of Rhode Island, have your own tools and reliable transportation. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
